I thought this was Blessed Home & Body. Well, that's the BIG announcement I wanted to share. Blessed Home & Body is now Godgirl Gifts! I relaunched as Godgirl Gifts® with a clear mission and focus: to take inspirational gift giving to a whole new level with prayerfully curated stylish gift collections that inspire joy, hope and love. We do the heavy lifting by hand selecting on trend lifestyle, home decor, stationery, and accessories all together under one roof. Well, it all started in 2019 when I stumbled upon a stylish, modern inspirational sign in a neighborhood home store as hubby and I were remodeling our new home. I love inspirational words on things. It was perfect, but somehow I knew that I wouldn’t find anything like that again. And, I was right. I thought to myself, “wouldn’t it be nice if there was a shop that carried beautiful faith-centred modern lifestyle collections all in one place?” Well, of course but it didn’t exist. So I built it. I launched a little ecommerce shop in March 2020 called Blessed Home & Body, offering inspirational home decor, lifestyle and gifts collections. Call it blind faith or naïveté, but I thought if I were looking for on trend inspirational gifts, maybe others were too. This is where you enter the story. And then it happened. I remember my very first customer like it was yesterday. I thought “this is really happening”! And then it kept happening. You kept coming back over and over again. I realized that you not only shop for yourself., but others as well. There’s your bestie, your fly auntie, sister circle, client, sis, mom, glam-ma, daughter, nieces, granddaughter, girls weekend crew, mastermind, and so on. Whew! That’s a lot of gift giving, but I’m here for it! So I listened, I surveyed, and talked to you, my deeply loyal and devoted customer. I prayed and journaled. I made lists. Lots of lists!
